In Yvonne’s Café, the 1970s are very much present. Yellow Bumling lamps hang from the ceiling and the red Gärsnäs furniture has also been there since the 1970s, when the premises were the staff canteen of the mechanical workshop MIT AB. Green and yellow are the colours at the restaurant counter, just as they were back then.
There, Yvonne Flensburg offers wonderful home-baked treats, including apple cake with vanilla whipped cream and more – even to those who are not visiting the museum today!
